The only thing is its safe ,has a US marine as it's security director and Indian gurkas ex Indian army as internal security about 10 of them .also close proximity to the airport.food is good and you have fine dining..rose garden cafe. A Pakistan and afghan owned company....so you are safe from the Taliban...on either side you have 2 villages...people are Bagrami...lots of staff are from these villages...and most are related..which makes it difficult to administer..or impose law or changes.they are sensitive and a little bit mafia...staff are connected to war Lords...may have spies within...The American contractors are very sympathetic to the local needs...you could be summoned anytime...based on lies and deceit...they join up against you...as an Indian manager.....it's very difficult to affect changes...or manage your staff...you can't reason or promote sales...or transfer...you have 2 groups Sunnis and Shias (Hazara) .and bagrami...there is No punishment...You are always overruled or told...this is Afghanistan...So how can we do business...the management wants only contractors to sign contracts...not day to day walk in customers...if there is control on take away...the staff of contractors complain about you...and there is meeting or you are reprimanded...and the biggest problem is Indian staff complain about you...So as an Indian....I feel...you will face immense problems...you work as an individual....God Save and protect you......Read More

Always under pressure....you need eyes at the back of your head....you never know whose behind you or making stories about you...And The management supports the Locals...Not You...But the place is a garden paradise in Kabul...lovely Roses...garden grapes
