Management make you two times life time remembering happy in this company. All new employee are very happy here when they first give interview to 5 top management and selected for job . Interview process is going on for 4 days . ( All expenses , hotel stay , lunch , even tea expenses also bear by Job required candidates himself.. And after one month job When you find your half salary of first month is deducted also and hold by management as a security deposit ( so now you can't think for left job) You becoming confused And after 3 months job you recognise rudeness , dirty internal politics , harrasment, feel you like servent , dectator type behaviour of top management and you also tired by "Apko fasane wala culture" and dirty politics , of some old local employees who always try to remove new employee ( for saving their job) Every new employee start to think after 2 or 3 Months "" Ye kaha. Fas gaya me , Ye to worst company he """""" And he start to search new job after that When he want to comes out from company He feel that """ Now he is in Jail""'' Very difficult to resign Notice period for resign is 90 working days . It means allmost 4.5 working time months So after resign , during notice period of this4.5 months Now you can see Real face of top management Very different and opposite from interview time In this notice period time They give your salary to you like begger, Every month cut or hold your salary for different different reason , you have to fight each and every days for your survival .( For Finish your notice period time) Top management try to fix you in some wrong practice or situation and some wrong work special assign to you So you are in fault . Any how You finished 4.5 months notice period Then they releave you from job And you become second time in life more happy then interview time . ""' Haash , aakhir nikal to paya is worst company se""" After release from job You have to make constant inquiry for your full and final amount for allmost 3 months duration . During this 3 month they try to search new way How to cut , deduction amount from your last two months salary . And so after 7 months time ( when you first time give resignation) You get some amount of salary ( after deduction of different reason) And you can think Whole life this horrible , unforgettable 1 year experience of this company . Now think what you can get from 1 year job in this company And now after 1 year job in this company Top Management jointly convince you and become successful to Give feeling to you that You can't do anything in life You are not capable to do any work , You are lier You are taking free salary without work Frustrated Useless for work You don't have any knowledge. Wrost Company, Worst Management SPECIALLY BOTH DIRECTORS, They always plan how to trap their employees, when he gets trapped, they deduct his salary citing the CLIENTs. They always trap the Candidates in the name of PADMA SHRI AWARD and then EXPLOIT them.

Everything, Specially the directors of it director word doesn't meant for them as they are only dictators. They doesn't know how to run a company of organisation. Don't know how these type of peoples get padamshri awards. They doesn't even what does it mean by humanity because they treat there employees like animals.

Worst company due to dictator management by the owner. No value of employees. No job security. You have to fight for your own salary. There is always vacancies at every hierarchical level as no one stays with them.

It's management is worst both the bosses(husband and wife) are dictators and doesn't even listen you. No work life balance they will call you anytime. No company policies or ethics. No job security. They will even digest your own money.

EXTREMELY ETHICAL TOP MANAGEMENT IN TERMS OF QUALITY OF AMBULANCE SERVICE TO CLIENTS AND USERS. The Freedom to experiment; the independence to try out new things without being micro-managed by seniors all the time. The opportunity to learn new things and grow in knowledge and adding skills. Most importantly, all that was promised during interview was delivered. Very robust accounts department.

Dislikes

There were some co-workers who spoilt the name of the company; unfortunately, the management is too lenient at times letting these habitual offenders just counselled and not dismissed. The systems in place are really good BUT many find it to their disadvantage; those not believing in process driven should not join They will struggle.

Handled Operations in Mundra for 6 months - manpower and processes. Unfortunate that I Had to leave because of family issues back home.
