Wrost Company, Worst Management SPECIALLY BOTH DIRECTORS, They always plan how to trap their employees, when he gets trapped, they deduct his salary citing the CLIENTs. They always trap the Candidates in the name of PADMA SHRI AWARD and then EXPLOIT them.

EXTREMELY ETHICAL TOP MANAGEMENT IN TERMS OF QUALITY OF AMBULANCE SERVICE TO CLIENTS AND USERS. The Freedom to experiment; the independence to try out new things without being micro-managed by seniors all the time. The opportunity to learn new things and grow in knowledge and adding skills. Most importantly, all that was promised during interview was delivered. Very robust accounts department.

Dislikes

There were some co-workers who spoilt the name of the company; unfortunately, the management is too lenient at times letting these habitual offenders just counselled and not dismissed. The systems in place are really good BUT many find it to their disadvantage; those not believing in process driven should not join They will struggle.

Work Details

Handled Operations in Mundra for 6 months - manpower and processes. Unfortunate that I Had to leave because of family issues back home.
