Everything, Specially the directors of it director word doesn't meant for them as they are only dictators. They doesn't know how to run a company of organisation. Don't know how these type of peoples get padamshri awards. They doesn't even what does it mean by humanity because they treat there employees like animals.

Worst company due to dictator management by the owner. No value of employees. No job security. You have to fight for your own salary. There is always vacancies at every hierarchical level as no one stays with them.

It's management is worst both the bosses(husband and wife) are dictators and doesn't even listen you. No work life balance they will call you anytime. No company policies or ethics. No job security. They will even digest your own money.

First 3 Month is tough , Very different from other organisation, Difficult for those who cannot multi-task, Growth here here is just not vertical, you have to be prepared to work towards horizontal growth , If you cannot follow the processes then don't join.

Hard work. Politics of ambulance drivers is not good. Sometimes due to emergencies work time is extended. Client supervisor is sometimes very rude.

Job security. Salaries always given in time. Even during lockdown and no business, there was no reduction of salaries. Full salaries were paid to all 150 staff on time. Medical care is taken very well for families. Safety of employees is very very good. Covid protection is very good. Grievance cell for employee issues is a good thing.

Very strict rules. Work pressure since this is an emergency service. No extra money like tips in hospital
