Location and work life balance could be maintained.

Dislikes

No learning and development. No medical leaves . No work of home policy Bad HR policy Office politics and licking is at high peak. Peoples leaving the company very frequently. No other perks or benefits other than salary

Work life balance due to less work

Dislikes

No respect to hierarchy. All the decision making vested in one person. Leaves and HR policies are not good. Work is only confined to verification of transaction with minimum scope of learning and this also affects overall experience in the same stream.

Work is less but due to system issues it gets stretched.
