Work culture is not good, HR team is very useless. Senior management team do not have the manner to talk , nor does anyone have any knowledge of work ethics, although they make BournVita but under the pressure of production , they also pack scrap materials .In Mex Plant they produces Malt extract , which it supplies to companies like Nestle, Mondelez and GSK , which is used to make products like Horlicks , Bournvita ,chocolates , to maintain pH and acidity in the product substances like caustic soda and nitric acid are used extensively , which is quite harmful for the body ....Read More

Barmalt is good company and a big skop for over self development

Barmalt management behaviour is not good for works and not ant additional facilities for works men's tea , traveling
