Here People care for each other. HR looks into supporting you and your family in difficult times. Work culture is more of a Belgium base. Good opportunities for career growth but slow.

Worklife balance based on Indian customer demand is affected. Travel policy can be better Appraisals are lacking one on one interviews on different levels. Bonus depends 70 % on overall company performance. More career growth opportunities, but equivalent compensation lacking.
