Choosing wrong people to lead is the worst thing an organization can do to damage the reputation and environment of the organisation itself. I liked the facts that people are happy at this organization. Of course there are those who complain about itsy bitsy things, mind i said itsy bitsy because really, they're intended to be overcome. That's one subtle culture that help people change their attitude for their own betterment, only if you see what i mean. Go join, have fun, work good, you'll be treated like a baby.
