Manager and above has lot of attitude, thinking they are super heroes and most of the seniors will spend full time in pleasing the managers.

The top leaders and management are thankless people. They don't know how to value their employees and respect what they're doing. Cab facility is very pathetic, one has to wait for more than 40 min to board the cab after the shift ends.
