Barclays has good policies for employee. Work culture In barclays is very good and I must say it is best company to work for female employee. Higher management is looking at the issues and tring to resolve the same.

Growth for male candidates are bit slow.

Lots of politics. No value for employees who stay long, due to diversity policy male candidates are often ignored from promotions and hikes. Toxic work environments in most of the teams.

Barclays India or BTCi was good as long as there was no Indian management. Since its taken over by Indian management it has become a horrible place.

politics and lots of politics. Too much work pressure. A company for old people not for experience lower than 8 years.

its very much important to have well educated team around, it helps you boost you morale. You spent almost majority of your day time with your office colleagues, so this becomes important to have good team around. working with Barclays on Prime Brokerage project with primary focus on OTC Clearing control process helped me to expand my learnings and achieve different targets. Barclays OTC CCP clearing and collateral management process helped me to achieve such roles in market which became backbone of my career.
