If employees are not given respect and company good only here manager is not god and handling quality not maintained and proper sop not maintained production planning not given properly and meeting should not arrange quality of meeting not maintained and proper planning is not available and manager is not qualified for this fm-06 plant he is in un feet for qualified for manager posting

Work employees not given respect some of the people telling same stories they will highlight for the higher position low position people he same work same cadet no changer for the particular employees
