Good work environment. Work Culture is average not as per my previous employment. Management is not transparent but behaviour is good with their employee. Employee wellfare is average which is not satisfactory to me.Company policies are not clearly defind.Scope of learning is huge. New development work is a continual process in this company. Growth in terms of remuneration is not satisfactory.

Company growth is very good but employee growth is very slow.They individually want to grow although a good company wants to grow with their employees, vendors and stack holders.

Very Worst Work culture. Mr. Santosh Singh ( Son of Pranav Bansal ) and Mr. Aditya pratap Singh ( Grandson of Pranav Bansal) is Very rude behaviour and Passout from local collage.
