Indeed, one of the best place to work. During COVID-19 too all employee benefits were continued for the entire period of lock down. As a hospital, proper training and protective gears made available by the management for optimum safety. And even during covid-19 patient admission and treatment, adequate amount amount of compensation including life insurance provided to all staff members.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
