As per my experience with company is very good for job security, policy and work culture. For the management is still need to improve about the vision and idea behind the organisation goal as well as maintain transparent with employees.

Dislikes

No visiblity for employees career and company visions. Training is not available to improve knowledge. If my case still I am not aware about my future in this organization.
