Likes

The work culture was one of the best in the PSU industry. The bank is employee friendly, very considerate, compensation was better than most PSU's, posting was at a comfortable location, job security and work life balance were another factors making it one of the best banks to work with.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities were very slow.

Work Details

I was posted at Main branch in Bangalore and learnt basics of banking and branch banking operations, later was given a chance to move to SME centre where I learnt that basics of business lending and since then worked in processing of business loans

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
