work culture is like school going kids. to create visible which is appreciated is by playing songs , dance etc. it is not for a person who wants to grow professionaly.

Dislikes are: 1. Very Low Salary and they have stop Performance Bonus in 2011. 2. Almost no learning except what you are doing 3. Growth is very slow. 4. There were too must politics

It's a employee centric company which always took care of their employees wellness and provides mental peace at work place. There is nothing as work pressure at all and all the Manager and Senior managers are very supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

The hikes that is provided over the financial year end is very minimal ranging in between 3-5% which is very less as per the inflation in the country.

Very good work-life balance. Great place to work. Decent hike. Job security. reimbursement of around 3 lakhs is provided on purchase of Electric bike and car but should have completed 3 years. Yearly 25k is provided for wellness.

Dislikes

You cannot expect to work in new technologies. Sodexo meal card cannot be used outside office cafeteria. Getting promotion is not easy. No onsite opportunities.
