Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Very good work-life balance. Great place to work. Decent hike. Job security. reimbursement of around 3 lakhs is provided on purchase of Electric bike and car but should have completed 3 years. Yearly 25k is provided for wellness.

Dislikes

You cannot expect to work in new technologies. Sodexo meal card cannot be used outside office cafeteria. Getting promotion is not easy. No onsite opportunities.

It is one of the best company. Since working on agile there is a perfect life balance. However, I already spent 12 yrs now it is becoming monotonous life at work for me. So want to grab a new opportunity that could help me grow myself with organisation.

Long time policy have been removed without taking any feedback from employees like for 10 yrs I had been going by own car and now new transport policy have been imposed in which employee till band 5 will get parking. That is really very sad.
