Bank of America is well known for its job security even if certain process have less volume of work those process people are shifted to other processes where volume is large this is highly observed also during lockdown scenario. Bank is employees centric, gives first priority to employees in all terms. Management is same like other companies 😊. But overall good company to work 👍

Dislikes

Management give more attention & promotion to associates who are hired from outside first, then after hardly few associates are given opportunity who are from long in the company doing same job as associate selected from outside.

It's a employee centric company which always took care of their employees wellness and provides mental peace at work place. There is nothing as work pressure at all and all the Manager and Senior managers are very supportive and helpful.

The hikes that is provided over the financial year end is very minimal ranging in between 3-5% which is very less as per the inflation in the country.
