BMRCL has produced lot lot of Best Engineers and we do not compromise on safety and quality

Many Engineers have worked very hard to Construct Metro in BMRCL. But the Engineers effort goes down the vein. There is no appreciation for hard working Engineers. There is no promotion policy, there is no Pay Scale, there is no recognition, there is no security of Job. Work like a donkey u will be treated as a donkey. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. - No HR policy for promotion and hike. - Salary is below industry standard. (Lowest salary comparing to all metro organization inside India) - If you are in site, there is no holiday, sunday. Forget about saturdays.
