No growth in project wing One who deserves thn join O &M department so there will an IDA pay scale fro Lower division to higher division In Project wing , don't join as JE,SE And AE very low salary Join as AEE bcz salary will be low only but extra allowance with salary sufficient one who hv 8yr experience
