Before requirement they promised for one location after joining they give one location. Everyone month area change . No stable job location. Very much office politics. Personal life is hamper due to location change in every month . Worst work clulter .

One of the worst bank I have ever seen.bandhan bank doesn't have work culture.Transfer between 1 month is common.if your boss is not satisfied with you then transfer is common thing here.no work timing here. bank daily closed 9.30 pm

Worst bank to work with. April bonus is due more than 3 months now but seems no sign of bonus payment yet. Even if someone gets 30% hike i recommend not join Bhandhan bank. Employee turnover is very high and the culture is very bad

Working culture is employee friendly. Colleagues are helping,work oriented and motivated.

Lots of manual intervention, excessive documentation, weak and under-developed IT infrastructure, non-aggressive collection/recovery dept., mailing culture is not clear to most of the employees.

In banking sector, obviously, for a DBA there is lot to learn and implement. At Bandhan they give you the chance not only on Oracle but also other database like MySQL, MSSQL etc.

1. Work culture -Particular Department head or business head acts like a king,He/S can do anything, they can give you warning letter and transfer within 3 months from your joining for business. And HR department is not exist any matter of an employee. 2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. Not having market share. You need to sell brand image 1st. Head office is Kolkatta. So culture is not common for all. Supervisors won't understand the ground reality.
