The only good thing is that there is a proper work life balance

- There was no training nd induction. They conveniently recued costs on the same owing to the difficulties in arranging these during a pandemic - Job security is zero as your reporting on any level will ask pressuring you from day one. With no induction, training, no product knowledge given and no vision or strategy, you have to find your way on your own and have to survive - They won't think twice before pressuring you into resigning within 6 months of joining - The work environment is pretty vitriolic and toxic and not at all motivating - For me, it was zero learning as you don't develop any cognitive skills, behavioral improvements, leadership and decision making skills due to the nature of the job. The role at any level is just begging the customers to avail your products - None of the Bandhan Bank products are no where competitive with the existing banking products in the market...Read More
