There are plus point in the company I see in my last 14 month working as a deputy Manager in Bandhan Bank Lucknow region

Dislikes

The target given by HR and cluster head branch head are different, for example top management ask employee to do 15 account per month, but branch head are always keen and gives 25-30 account per staff, also Fd target given by top management is around 1.5 crore annually and casa value target is around 1 cr annually, but there are tendency quite often See that, branch head and cluster head say to employee that you have to do 3 crore each in casa and Fixed deposit, and in last but most emportant point is that, cluster head say to branch employee in branch visit, that I am gonna monitored your progress on monthly basis, is target not achieve in quarters, we will going issue a Pip (performance improvement program) against employee, if that pip target not achieved, you gonna terminate from Bandhan Bank or ask to leave, so I will say to you guys choose wisely this company, they are not inline with stability and career growth...Read More
