If you are fresher engineer then this company provide you various field of knowledge. Company collegaues are supportive.

Dislikes

Company owner directly involved in unnecessary small issues of plant rather then go for long term projection of company (expansion) so Even though company 63 years old , company couldn't developed new products that means if you already work in MNC company then this company is not suitable for you and Job security at Banco is terrible poor , If company get not much order then company lay off employee any time so join the company at your own risk....Read More
