Dislikes

No canteen facility. No Saturday -sunday week off. No promotion activity. No safety or 5's awareness or training. No traveling allowance. No salary structure maintained. Exp assistant Manager has more CTC than manager. No festival event. No personal/professional training.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
