Baliga is a company abiding to Work Ethics. As a employee point of view, there was never a single day delay in Salary disbursal. PF was deducted as per the norms every month. They will never ask you to leave your job unless you have done something wrong / unethical / out of the standard management rules, so, it's good as job security point of view.

Dislikes

Very slow growth. No proper execution of candidate's profile (i am mentioning this on my behalf. it has nothing to do with other's profile as don't know about their cases).

Though I was a Sales Coordinator, was handling all Sales activities for customers in Maharashtra, MP & Goa region right from generating the enquiry to payment / c form collection, Complaint resolving, Product demos etc.

They're in old mentality. HR decide everything with unmature activities.
