Excellent work atmosphere, treatment of employees by the management is good, The supporting of all employees between various departments within the factory and outside the factory such as sales offices within the country and abroad are good. With regard to payment of salary, yearly increment, bonus,merit bonus,awarding best employees, medical check up, medical insurance policy, shuffling & Reshuffling are excellent. There is no place for "dislike" at BALIGAMF. They will give more important to Redressal of employees grievances.
