...utside the factory such as sales offices within the country and abroad are good. With regard to payment of salary, yearly increment, bonus,merit bonus,awarding best employees, medical check up, medical insurance policy, shuffling & Reshuffling are excellent. The company policies are good.The employees appraisals are fair.

There is no place for "dislike" at BALIGAMF. They will give more important to Redressal of employees grievances.

...rnet facility to find product related. * working under asbetas set atmosphere. * Once put paper doesn't get salary and reliving letter. * Called to HR, doesn't pick up our calls and avoided. They're in old mentality. HR decide everything with unmature activities.

There is more than enough politics in the office , Salary is which first negotiated will be stays same as long as you stat with them. Please negotiate salary and get offer letter within a week . Otherwise they will decide your salary ....

That is a best place to prove our talent. Guaranteed place to balance our finance they gave mix salary due to pandemic situation also but i really missssed that place i need that if god give grace to me

Baliga is a company abiding to Work Ethics. As a employee point of view, there was never a single day delay in Salary disbursal. PF was deducted as per the norms every month. They will never ask you to leave your job unless you have done something wrong / unethical / out of the standard management rules, so, it's good as job security point of view.

Dislikes

Very slow growth. No proper execution of candidate's profile (i am mentioning this on my behalf. it has nothing to do with other's profile as don't know about their cases).
