Benefits provided are good. Professional environment is maintained across the organization. New office at bhagmane tech park is great.

Dislikes

Old legacy projects and nothing in terms of new age technology and skills. Career growth is slow. Work life is stressful in few projects.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
