Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. Needs to focus more on skill development of its employees.

Generally reconciliation of the expenses made by the employees for the travel and hotels for work. Compiling them and submitting it to the approval of the card holder and then to the manager and then escalating it to the expenses team for payment.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
