Career growth is slow. Lacks transparency in company policies. Becoming mostly non employee friendly company. Worried about job security. Health policy is not good and can empty your pockets everytime.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
