The whole place is quite mismanaged. The work culture is terrible. You'll hear all sorts of bad words and cruel words on the floor. All the time there is screaming and scolding on the floor. If you are in a lower position 100% accountability and ownership is expected from you yet only the business head gets all the credit. Not all teams have such culture but most do. There are huge cost cuttings going on because of which you won't even be getting good tea in cafeteria although ironically still all the SMTs and business heads go for outbound every quarter. There is absolutely no work life balance you can be asked to work at any time and literally any time even at midnight without even any night allowance. The procedure for promotion is very complicated and strict no matter how hard you work you'll be getting promoted only after a particular long period. There is no remote working option and you have to report to office everyday.
