a)Delayed salary(usually get credited in between 12th-22th of month), there is no fixed date for the same. b)Skill enhancement trainings are rarely conducted, and those conducted stands obsolete. c)No health insurance policy is offered, even to employees working at boilers(an IBR compliance to follow). d) No ANNUAL BONUS/PERFORMANCEBENEFITS. e) Spares/services acquisition cycle is too long, majorly due to delayed payments of vendors. Due to which, maintenance work here are always done in the 11th hour with alot of top management pressure. f)Material/spares indented in May/June gets delivered is Sep/Oct. We all hope problems of inconsistent cash flow gets rectified soon and Bajaj Hindustan(which was the one which raised the industry bar of standards in previous decade) gets back his Crown of being Industry best....Read More

Very good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give God salary hike and bonus every year.

Every thing wrote in example all things same. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It is group of sugar plants 12 no and 8 power plant in which four are independent 90MW thermal power plant,600MW also at Lalitpur in U.P. i have worked in three plants Gola,Palia and Barkheda as Sr engineer and AGM total 9yrs enjoy very much expention renewation and iso,5S,EHOS ,quality controls activity at India level competition.

Poltics i management level,partiality in promotion salery increments or perticular area castism etc, otherwise group is well HR policies for all staff.
