Will keep it brisk: Culture: probably the worst you have ever seen. Work Life: Don't make me laugh Compensation: This used to be it's strong point but after multiple pay cuts post Covid this has been a drastic letdown. Infrastructure: This one is strange. Bajaj is a cash rich company and claims to be fin"tech". But their internal systems will remind you of Intern Explorer generation one. Their BYOD policy is absolutely abhorrent and should be legally challenged. . Last generation models are forced down new employees wallets at double the price. Overall: Please do not join BFL.
