Being a BFSL employee, The work life balance here is super amazing. The RNR recognition which is happening every quarter is also good. Senior management knows you well, and very supportive. HR here is very friendly and helps you in every aspect in your tenure here in Bajaj. I love working here.

All department head supportable. I like all top management and his support. Problem in Bajaj Broking only HR. She is not even able to recruiting core profile due to this business also hamper some time .. Company only need to reframe proper HR structure (mostly senior HR)

There is no job security with Bajaj securities also there is no proper mentoring there is fixed KRA management vision is not clear which is affecting employees career think twice before joining Bajaj.
