They promote internal talent and gives learning tools for the internal talent community development. Salary structure is not good but Incentives are pretty good.

Dislikes

Poor Work Culture. Spoils even the employees with lot of work pressure and target. Even though it's an NBFC, there is a lot of competition happening from nationalised bank. So there should be flexibility in the business aspects too to support the employees for getting the business. Customer engagement is very weak as they treat the customers as a money making machines.
