I was on off roll. So less salary & No benefits . No work satisfaction because the work assigned to me was different from my profile no involvement in main activities . If you are getting recruited for Off roll . Think thrice before joining because you will feel bad by seeing the benefits and salary of On roll employees.

I am an old employee who was part of HR team for 2-3 years , th e only thing i liked was my work because I learned a lot from HR team(Only off role girl supported me). because on roll HR were just using Off roll HR for work.. No importance , No value towards us.. please guys If you ever get offer from Bajaj don't take it. Its worst.. Lot of dislikes but I will say in one word - WORST HR TEAM .. Biased towards off roll employees.. No on roll HR were good especially Karthik Jogi ,Sanjay Gurav , Amrita, ..they just use off roll employees for work and present like they did all work.. SUMAN GHOSH worst HR head.. Rude and Biased ..don't deserve that post to be honest.

Company’s management is completely changed , entire shift from secondary to primary. Not a good incentive policy for sales personnel as no updates comes for ach. Company’s culture is going to change and people are frequently leaving their jobs in bajaj right now , which will make a bad impression.

Canteen and bus 🚌 both are not free means it was total paid ... working culture is highly pressurise and toxic ....... Shifts are rotational as per requirement as session to session

Discrimination against Maharashtrian people. Bengali, South Indian, North Indian lobbies and departments are structured according to that. Worst behaviour with Marathi people. People don’t have the right to eat their own food as they want. No non-veg allowed. Casteism runs company.
