Site accommodation, Health insurance are provided by the company, Decent salary.

There is a lot of nepotism & politics, especially Odiya & South Indian staffs are made a separate group and controlling the project. Also, good salary increments & Promotions have happened in only those groups. no time to spent with family as I have worked 12-14 hours a day. No monitoring process have on Project Manager so they attend the office after 2 pm and complete their work till long night. Career growth is very slow for on role staff, and last two years no increments are provided to the off role staff....Read More
