All the facilities were provided to the employees.

Dislikes

They used to keep trainee employees on waiting after there training period was over. They used extend the period by 6 7 months though the period was over.

I likely most that manager came to employee & communicate with them . When some changes in engine parts they came to us & briefly describe what is the changes & why is changing, that type approach I likely most.

Dislikes

The worst thing is that the behavior of the line leaders, reliever & some of the supervisors who doesn't care about the trainee employee.
