Management culture is good, company policies are also good. Job security was best in class till last 2 years, but recently it has slightly detoriated.

well the people i met at bajaj were one of the good things other than that i don't think i learned that much at bajaj auto

no recognition of your work, few managers were too toxic, they just wanted the work done without providing adequate manpower and top of all of that they were constantly reducing manpower, i felt like i was a labor working there

Excellent place to start career, high learning curve in the 1st 2yrs in the organisation. As a fresher into the corporate world, it can be pretty enriching at the start.
