Work life balance is good. Timings are flexible so that is also a good point. Food inside bajaj campus is also good. My favorite part of bajaj was GYM. They have a good gym and sports facility

Dislikes

No work quality No proper allocation of work No new innovative ideas. One person who dont know anything about tech part is handling in house development of major product. No support given, if you want to learn automotive concepts specially if you come from non automotive background

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
