Excellent and transparent HR policies, schemes, and benefits for employees we have in our organization. In which, I like BOLT & REV flat forms, these flat forms help in enhancing/developing employee skills and growth/advancement within the organization.

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything within our organization, However, advise providing Gym memberships/ discount coupons for regional offices as we have a world-class gym facility for our head office employees.

Work Details

Being RM service, My role is quite challenging as I am responsible for state service targets in terms of service quality & timely delivery to the customers and also improving dealer revenues.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
