1)No promotions due to very flat structure 2) No training culture 3) No appraisal system 4)No job security 5) Variable part of salary is never realized. It is as low as zero for worst performer & then 10%, 75% & 125% in increasing order 6) No defined scope of work 7) No lateral movements 8) work as individual contributor throughout your career...
