HO team is full of politics. They do not want to listen ground reality ^ uppar whatever they like to. Also show manipulated data to each other for showing good achievement but in actual none is there.

Excellent place to start career, high learning curve in the 1st 2yrs in the organisation. As a fresher into the corporate world, it can be pretty enriching at the start.

After 3yrs, the work becomes pretty stagnant and one may choose to look for new opportunities outside.
