Working culture is good, teamwork and leadership quality is good, transport and food facilities available. The big fact is this company follow TPM and give knowledge of TPM to employees. Bajaj Auto encourage to employers to do kaise.

Company is good but employee growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 8-9 hours straight in a day. There is no on job training for freshers.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging. I operate a air leakage testing machine and check the petrol tank quality. I worked in engine assembly.
