Strong work ethic , demands one to be aggressive in their expectations of work and in others. A good place to learn how to be derail oriented and emphasis of follow up in whatever actions and strategy being implemented. If one is a high performer then increments are very good and better than industry standards.

Dislikes

Hr policy is trying to be employee centric but no connect is made with older employees. Need a more transparent appraisal system so that employees also understand where they stand. During the last 2 years also a lot of employees were separated without any real satisfactory reasons given. This was never properly addressed to remaining existing employees causing more stress and anxiety over job security....Read More
