I like this,I worked to serve the needy people and tried to help them as much as possible according to the project,I got the opportunity to serve them selflessly through BAIF Development Research Foundation.

In this project,some things are imposed on the farmer according to the plan of project,so the plan is not completely successful,people should participate in the project according to their wishes,so that it will be satisfied and progress,so the project will be successful.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
