There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but careers growth is slow.No external tarining for new technologies.No design simulation software.No free transportation,no free free food,no health insurance

6 year completed in Bagla electricals and electronics Pvt Ltd.I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.I hot chances to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles.
