No work environment is good. Does not match with MNV standard. You will treat like a Labour. Can transfer you in any department from your original one.

Dislikes

If you will say yes to owner for everything then only you can only work. And there is number of manager for single profile you will have to report number manager for single profile. Whether they know about your work or not. But you will have to report. And they will they know everything.
