The schedule was great. Watching the other operators a supervisors made me look good.

This mine is going Bankrupt! The inexperienced workers is atrocious. The supervision are from another industry. A farmer and mechanic in charge of mining opps. The 6040 operators are new,swinging the stick into the wall, truck loading was super inefficient. These operators were promoted by favoritism. Baffinland hired an experiencedoperator to put in a entry level positions. The new 793 haul units are being destroyed due to roads. The lack of experience combined with no urgency is consuming profits at an astronomical rate. Safety procedures of legislation or mines act as well as oh&s are completely ignored for production. In 25 plus years of mining, Baffinland is the poorest run mine I have ever experienced! B#$!& needs to clean house to make room for knowledgeable management as well as supervision.
